Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing cross-functional teams across SEO, paid search, paid social media ads, display advertising, and content, and has delivered cohesive, data-driven strategies that generated sustained business results at scale.
Previously, he held a senior leadership role at The Search Agency, where he played a pivotal part in shaping the company’s growth. Under his direction, the agency was recognized by Deloitte as one of North America’s fastest-growing media firms. He managed more than $100 million in media spend, led strategic relationships with platform partners such as Google and Facebook, and oversaw complex portfolios for some of the agency’s most significant clients.
Raashid also led the company’s global expansion, establishing and scaling operations in the UK, Canada, and India to meet international demand. His work was recognized with several industry awards, including the Premier Google Partner Award, Microsoft Advertising Excellence Award, Digiday Retail Award, OMMA Award, and multiple Google Ads certifications.
